Sarita Turner is Founder & Principal of Jumuiya Consulting Group and a nationally recognized systems strategist and trusted advisor with more than 30 years of experience across government, philanthropy, nonprofit organizations, and community-based institutions.
Sarita has led national, statewide, and local initiatives at institutions including PolicyLink, the Institute for Sustainable Communities, the State of Minnesota, and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Her work has shaped funding strategies, strengthened cross-sector coalitions, and advanced grantmaking and technical-assistance systems that expand access to economic opportunity and public and philanthropic investment.
Grounded in lived experience of how institutional decisions shape community opportunity, Sarita helps leaders align strategy, resources, and partnerships to achieve practical, measurable, and lasting results.

Meosha Turner
Organizational Capacity & Operations
Meosha Turner brings more than 15 years of experience strengthening operations and organizational capacity across nonprofit, corporate, and consulting environments. Her expertise includes organizational assessments, implementation planning, project-management systems, financial administration, grant compliance, people operations, and cross-functional coordination.
As Director of Operations for Air Alliance Houston, she oversaw a multimillion-dollar budget and the organization’s finance, human resources, technology, and administrative infrastructure. Meosha has also worked alongside JCG to facilitate environmental justice leadership planning and review Community Benefits Plans for federal clean-energy demonstration projects.
